Order a whole cheesecake from 0.5 kg to 2 kg. Ours are properly baked rather than set with gelatine, and still completely eggless: the same pure-veg standard Sahara has kept since 1992. Because cheesecake is rich, half a kilogram goes further than the same weight of sponge cake. Keep it boxed in the fridge, serve it chilled, and finish it within two to three days.
