Give a friend your referral code. They get 20% off, and once they buy, you get 20% off your next visit. These are the full rules. The short version is on the page your code opens.

What the discount applies to

  • cakes, pastries and cheesecakes only. Savouries, breads and traditional sweets are not included, and neither are custom cakes, which are priced per design.
  • The minimum of ₹350 and the maximum of ₹150 are both measured against the eligible items, not the whole bill.
  • Delivery charges are never discounted.
  • The discount is rounded down to the nearest rupee.

For the friend using a code

  • 20% off, on a minimum of ₹350 of eligible items, up to a maximum of ₹150 off.
  • Above about ₹750 the ₹150 maximum applies, so the effective discount is less than 20%.
  • New customers only. A number that has ordered from us before, in the shop or online, cannot use a referral code.
  • Once per phone number, ever. One referral offer per person, not one per code.
  • Up to 10 people per code each month. Once a code has been used by 10 new customers in a calendar month, it stops working until the next month.
  • You cannot use your own code to get the new-customer discount — your own code is what you use to spend the rewards you have earned.
  • It can be used at the shop counter or on the website. It cannot be combined with any other offer or code.

For the person who referred them

  • 20% off your next visit, on the same minimum and maximum. There is no separate code to keep: the reward is held against your own referral code, and we tell you on WhatsApp when you earn one.
  • It unlocks only when your friend actually pays. A friend who takes your code but does not buy earns you nothing.
  • To use one, give your own code at the counter, or sign in and apply it at checkout. One reward is taken off per bill, starting with whichever is closest to expiring.
  • Each reward lasts 60 days from the day it is earned. Rewards you do not use in that time lapse.
  • Your own referral code never expires and never changes. You can give it to as many people as you like.
  • Up to 5 rewards per calendar month. Once you reach 5 in a month, further referrals will not be accepted until the next month, which means your friend will not receive their discount either.

Fair use

The programme is meant for genuine recommendations between friends. We may cancel a referral, and withdraw any unused reward it earned, if a code is used in a way it was not intended — for example one person using several phone numbers, or a code posted publicly rather than given to friends. A reward already spent is not clawed back. If a member of staff makes a mistake at the counter, we can reverse it the same day.

Changes

We may change the discount, the minimum, the maximum, the validity period or either monthly limit at any time, and we may end the programme. The figures on this page are always the ones currently in force, and a reward is worth whatever those figures say on the day you spend it — its expiry date is fixed when you earn it.
