Which cake flavours can I order?

The classics are Pineapple (₹600 per kg), Strawberry (₹600 per kg), Butterscotch (₹700 per kg), Black Forest (₹700 per kg), Blueberry and Chocochip. Our two bestsellers are Red Velvet (₹900 per kg) and Truffle (₹1,000 per kg), both made with real cream and real chocolate.

The richer end of the counter is Biscoff Cake, Nutella Cake, Chocolate Heaven, Chocolate Mousse, Kit Kat Cake and Oreo Cake. Rasmalai cake (₹1,000 per kg) turns the north-Indian sweet into a celebration cake, and Rainbow and Fruit Cake bring colour to a birthday table.

How are cakes priced, and what size do I need?

Every cake is priced per kilogram, so you pay for exactly the size you order. On the website you can choose 0.5 kg to 3 kg online, in half-kilo steps; a larger cake is baked as one cake, not stacked leftovers.

• 0.5 kg serves about 4 to 6 party slices
• 1 kg serves about 8 to 12, the usual birthday-at-home size
• 2 kg serves about 15 to 20
• Bigger than 3 kg, or tiered: order it as a custom cake

Can I get a cake today?

Website orders can be booked for the same day until 6:00 PM, for any slot at least 90 minutes away. You choose the date and a pickup or delivery slot at checkout, up to 30 days ahead. Custom and theme cakes need at least 24 hours' notice, and we confirm the design, weight and exact price with you before baking.

Are the cakes really eggless?

Yes. There are no eggs anywhere in our kitchen, so there is no separate "eggless menu": the whole menu is eggless. Like everything Sahara Bakery & Sweets has made since 1992, it is 100% vegetarian and fully eggless. The technique, not a swapped ingredient, is what keeps the Red Velvet crumb soft and the Truffle sponge moist.

How do I keep a fresh cream cake at its best?

Keep it boxed in the fridge and enjoy it within two to three days; we use no preservatives. Take it out 15 to 20 minutes before cutting so the sponge and cream soften.
