How did Sahara begin?

Sahara Bakery & Sweets opened in Rewari in 1992 as a family bakery at Sector-4, HUDA Market, and the same family has run it for the 34 years since. The original shop at 124, Sector-4, HUDA Market, Rewari, Haryana 123401 is still our flagship, and our second shop is at Shop No. 5, Antriksh Tower, Commercial-1, BMG Elegant City, Garhi Bolni Road, Rewari, Haryana.

What does “Exclusive Pure & Fresh” mean?

It is the promise on every Sahara box, and it means three plain things:

• Pure:everything is 100% vegetarian and fully eggless. There are no eggs anywhere in our kitchen, so there is no separate “eggless menu” and no cross-contamination.
• Fresh: we bake every morning, with real cream and real chocolate, rather than stocking shelves. A cake is baked for the day it is collected.
• Exclusive: what you buy under the Sahara name is baked in our own kitchen to our own recipes, refined over three decades.

What do you bake?

Celebration and custom cakes, baked cheesecakes in five flavours, single-serve pastries, 22 flavours of biscuits and cookies (from Butter Pista and Atta Gur to Coconut Khatai), traditional mithai, fresh pav and bread, and counter snacks like patties, puffs, samosa and sandwiches. Red Velvet and Truffle lead the cakes year after year, and Biscoff is the favourite among the cheesecakes. For festivals we make seasonal specials, like the Janmashtami Matka Cake and modak for Ganesh Chaturthi.

How do I order?

Order on the website and pay by UPI, message us on WhatsApp, or walk in to either shop. Website orders can be booked for the same day until 6:00 PM, for any slot at least 90 minutes away. Sahara Bakery & Sweets delivers within Rewari city (PIN 123401) for a flat ₹80, and pickup from the Sector-4 HUDA Market shop is free.
