Sahara Bakery & Sweets began as a small neighbourhood shop at Sector-4, Huda Market, and has spent more than three decades becoming one of Rewari's best-loved names for cakes, cheesecakes and sweets. Same family, same shop, same standard: fresh every morning, no preservatives, no shortcuts.

A kitchen with no eggs in it
Everything Sahara bakes is 100% vegetarian and fully eggless, and has been since 1992. That is not a separate menu or a substitute recipe: there are simply no eggs anywhere in the kitchen. Families who keep a pure-veg home, and anyone who has been let down by “eggless” cakes that taste like a compromise, come to us because a proper eggless cake, or a genuinely baked eggless cheesecake, is hard to find anywhere else in Rewari.
A full bakery counter, not just cakes
Alongside our celebration cakes, cheesecakes and single-serve pastries, the shop makes traditional sweets, biscuits, fresh bread and everyday favourites like samosa, patties and sandwiches, baked through the day. Our bestsellers say a lot about Rewari's taste: Red Velvet and Truffle lead the cakes year after year, and Biscoff is the runaway favourite among the cheesecakes.
Made fresh, every single morning
We bake in small batches each morning rather than stocking shelves with preservative-laden product. Order a regular flavour by noon and it is normally ready the same day for pickup at Sector-4 Huda Market or delivery within Rewari. Decorated theme and custom cakes are made to order with a day's notice, so every cake that leaves the shop was baked for the occasion it is going to.
