Which cheesecake flavours are there?

Five: Blueberry (₹1,400 per kg), Nutella (₹1,400 per kg), Mango (₹1,600 per kg), Dark Chocolate (₹1,500 per kg) and Biscoff (₹1,700 per kg). Biscoff, topped with caramelised Lotus Biscoff spread and biscuit crumble, is the one most people come back for.

Every flavour is also cut as a single slice, ₹120 to ₹150 per slice, so you can try before ordering a whole one.

What does "baked and eggless" mean?

Most eggless cheesecakes are no-bake: set with gelatine or agar and served cold. Ours are baked like a classic cheesecake, which gives the dense, creamy texture, but without a single egg. It is the same 100% vegetarian standard the bakery has kept since 1992.

How big a cheesecake should I order?

Whole cheesecakes are sold by weight, 0.5 kg to 2 kg on the website. Cheesecake is rich, so a half kilogram goes further than the same weight of sponge cake.

How do I store a cheesecake?

Keep it boxed in the fridge and serve it chilled, within two to three days. Unlike sponge cake, cheesecake is at its best cold.
