Sahara Bakery & Sweets (“we”, “us”) runs the bakery at 124, Sector-4, Huda Market, Rewari, Haryana and the website thesahara.in. This page explains what information we collect when you use the website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, delivery address and the items you order, when you place an order through the website checkout.
- Contact form details: your name, phone number and message. The contact form opens a pre-filled WhatsApp chat; whatever you send there is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
- Payment references: if you pay by UPI, the transaction reference you submit so we can confirm your payment. We never see or store your UPI PIN, card numbers or bank credentials.
How we use it
- To prepare, deliver and confirm your orders.
- To contact you about an order you placed.
- To keep a simple record of past orders if you create an account.
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or send marketing messages you did not ask for.
Where it is stored
Order data is stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) on servers located in India. Your cart is saved only in your own browser until you place an order.
Cookies
The website uses only what is needed for it to work, such as a session for signed-in customers. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
