This is a single pastry slice, cut from the same morning bake as the whole cake, so it is an easy way to try the flavour before ordering a whole one for a celebration. Like everything at Sahara Bakery & Sweets, it is 100% eggless and pure vegetarian. Fresh cream does not keep long: keep it chilled and enjoy it the day you buy it.
